Youth Programs

In collaboration with other area non-profit agencies and schools serving deaf and hard of hearing youth, Hearing Bridges's Youth Program joins America's effort to ensure that no child is left behind. The new vision of the youth services program addresses the intellectual, social, physical, and emotional needs of children in an environment where they can learn many things through the after school programs, weekend/special events, camps, and much more.

Some of our youth enjoy the Launch Party!

After School Program

After School Program meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during the academic year for great events like:

Volunteer

Being a volunteer brings rewards that are countless and priceless. No matter how small or big your contribution to the Youth Services Program at Hearing Bridges, your contribution matters. Always remember there is nothing like having a deaf or hard of hearing child look up at you with big, beautiful eyes and thank you for helping him or her do better in school. Working with children helps them achieve academic success and personal growth!

"Everyone can be great because anyone can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't even have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve... You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love..."
– Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
