The Living Well Program takes a holistic approach to wellness, stressing balance, and common sense in a variety of areas, including: physical, medical, psychological, behavioral/social, and spiritual health by providing assessments, educational presentations, workshops, social gatherings, and intervention.

The Craft Club is starting to make Christmas/Hanukkah gifts. Once again we will be making Christmas stockings to donate to homeless families residing at Safe Haven. Click to see what the Craft Club did last year. We will also be making other things to add to the stockings such as the bear blanket you see here. We will be collecting items to put in each stocking for children of all ages and their parents. Join the craft class on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon!

Hearing loss in America is epidemic. It’s not just seniors; it’s our youth. Research shows that one in 20 adolescents has a notable hearing loss and one in 5 is already showing signs of developing future hearing loss.
We are working on getting closed captioning for those who do not know sign language. To read what is being said in the VLOG, click directly on the VLOG and that will take you to youtube. On the upper right hand side of the VLOG, you should see an explanation of the VLOG with a link that says “more information.” You can click on that link and it will open the entire written dialogue for you to read. Thank you for your patience.
