Speechreading - Davidson

Wednesdays 10am - 11am, February 17 to April 28

Formerly known as lip reading, speech- reading is a form of communication used by people who are deaf or hard of hearing or who have a hearing loss but do not use ASL. It incorporates much more than watching a person’s mouth and lips.

Wednesday mornings from 10am - 11am.  Ten week session, once per week Feb. 17 – April 28.  No class on March 17.

Davidson County classes will be held at the office of the Hearing Bridges, located at 415 Fourth Avenue South in downtown Nashville, 37201. Park and enter behind the building. Spaces in front reserved for people who cannot climb stairs.

Speechreading is $65.  Registration deadline is February 12.
